Budapest Scientology Community Marks 10-Year Milestone

Nearly 500 Scientologists gathered in Budapest to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology headquarters on Váci Road. Inaugurated ten years ago, the six-storey religious centre has become a home for Scientology religious services and community programmes. The anniversary brought together a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and a presentation looking toward the coming years. Since opening its doors, the Budapest church has also hosted drug-prevention conferences, human-rights events, humanitarian meetings and interfaith dialogue.
